Game Changer

1:1 with Steve today was an absolute game changer. He really knows dogs, and as importantly their humans! He listens to concerns and worries and offers constructive, achievable advice. Never criticised and helped us work out what we could be doing better. We were never made to feel incapable and came away with more confidence.
